BPI celebrates the launch of Dilmah Iced Tea in Georgia with Georgian Beer Company!

Dilmah Ceylon Iced Tea celebrated its entry into the Georgian market with Georgian Beer Company (GBC) at a vibrant, colorful launch event last week in capital city Tbilsi.

The handcrafted Dilmah Iced Tea beverages are now available in 330 ml PET bottles, aseptically filled and free from preservatives. Dilmah Ceylon tea will be available in premium restaurants, hotels, bars, supermarkets and convenience stores across Georgia, with plans to continue the roll-out over the next year throughout the region.

Moshy Cohen, Beverage Partners International CEO, commented: “BPI is excited to bring the taste, quality, and unique provenance of Dilmah Tea to the global ready-to-drink tea market. We are honoured to partner with Georgian Beer Company, a key beverage market player in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.”

He continued: “Georgia joins Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Korea as Dilmah Iced Tea continues its momentum from South East Asia into the European market.”

The new Dilmah Ceylon Ready-To-Drink Iced Tea range uses rich, fragrant hand-picked Ceylon tea leaves, nurtured by rich soils, sunshine and rainfall on the Rilhena Tea Garden in the hills of central Sri Lanka. The resulting product is high in natural plant antioxidants, with a rich tea profile.

Available in three flavours: Peach Ceylon Black Tea, Tropical Fruits Ceylon Black Tea and Aloe Vera Ceylon Green Tea.
